Dr. Roxanna Villarreal Doucet, MD, FACOG
Dr. “Roxie” Doucet graduated from the University of Texas with her B.S. in Nursing and went on to receive her Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Shortly after joining Costal Bend Women’s Center, Dr. Doucet became excited about the opportunity to offer aesthetic services to complement her practice so she expanded her knowledge and became extremely proficient in many aesthetic procedures including Laser Therapy, BOTOX Cosmetic and JUVEDERM Cosmetic Dermal Filler. She is also an advocate of total wellbeing and promotes Wellness International nutritional supplements. She is a dynamic physician with a true passion for health, wellness and beauty. She is extremely involved in the spa and is devoted to helping as many people as she can look and feel their best.
Dr. Shawn Marie Strain, MD, FACOG
Dr. Strain is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin and she received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston . She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, so needless to say, she is a die-hard UT fan. She absolutely loves the medical field and is dedicated to helping her community. Her positive energy is contagious and her love of fashion and beauty fuels her desire to help women address their skincare concerns. She is a trained clinician in administering BOTOX Cosmetic and JUVEDERM Cosmetic Dermal Filler and truly enjoys seeing her patients and clients get excited about their results.

Jaclyn Ann Miller, RN WHNP-BC
Jaclyn is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with the National Certification Corp. She completed her B.S. in Child Development at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College and received her M.S. in Nursing at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Jaclyn has a natural flair for putting patients and clients at ease. She is also a trained clinician for the injections of Botox and Juvederm and loves helping clients transform their appearance.
Britt Orzechowski, Spa Manager
Britt’s passion is to help people look and feel their absolute best inside and out. Her goal is to ensure that each and every client is treated with the best of care and service. She is a graduate of Texas State, and has over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing in Health, Fitness, and Beauty. She owned her own successful business as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist, bringing valuable knowledge in providing customers with an extraordinary experience and great results.
Summer Lee Garza, Medical Esthetician
Summer brings over 6 years of experience in Aesthetics. Her expertise is identifying skincare problems and recommending the appropriate treatment. She has valuable experience in a variety of skincare treatments including Laser/IPL Therapy, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, BOTOX Cosmetic, and JUVEDERM Cosmetic. Summer is full of personality and professionalism, and she is dedicated to helping clients address their skincare needs to look and feel beautiful.
